They practiced two days during the week, but on Wednesdays they sign autographs afterward. We headed back to the museum to wait for them to arrive. We received a brochure that we could use to get signatures. Camden and I made our way up to the rope line and waited...and waited...and waited. Even the staff said it was taking an unusually long time. Camden wanted to leave, but I kept insisting that she stay long enough for us to see the pilots up close and get an autograph.
The came through the door and one of the pilots came right over to us. He looked at Camden and offered to sign her brochure and then looked up at me and said, "Can I pick you up so your mom gets a good picture?' She squealed - literally! He had her come under the ropes and she was smiling so big and giggling. She was giddy.
