Disney: Day 3 (PM) - Epcot World Showcase

Club Cool is a drink station where you can try Coke products from around the world.  We love sampling all of them (except "Beverly").  Obviously, Camden dribbled a bit during the break.

We were at the entrance to the Showcase where the Food & Wine Festival was taking place while we were there.

Off to see Nemo, Crush, and Bruce (shark!):

We take the boat across the lagoon so Camden can get sushi at the Japan pavilion.

There is a drum show happening on the patio of the pagoda.

The sky was getting dark and stormy, but you can see how big Epcot is by how small the ball looks in the background.

We make it around several more countries before it starts raining - hard!  It was really our only rain issue all week.  We had to wait for a brief reprise before Mulan would come outside for autographs.

We were going to go on the Frozen ride, but the line was pretty long and autographs with Anna and Elsa was short.  By the time we got to their building, the skies had opened up and it was pouring.  Surprisingly there was not a wait.  They are usually one of the longest character waits at Disney.  Perfect!

We did circle back to the ride and, despite a bit of a wait, got to enjoy this sweet ride.

Inside the Mexican pavilion we found our amigo, Donald Duck.

Because Camden didn't eat the first night, we had a table service credit to use (or lose).  We headed to Italy thinking maybe we could get a pizza to share, but unsure if we could get a table without a reservation.  Via Napoli is one of two restaurants in this area.  Two interesting facts about it: they bring in water and flour from Italy to use in the pizza that is cooked in a wood burning oven and all the staff are from Italy.

The pizza was going to be a "personal" one, but we only had one last table service meal at a place that I knew we would be able to split two meals between the three of us, so we decided to use two meals here and got a simple pepperoni (best I've ever had) and a Prosciutto e Melone pizza - a white pizza with fontina, mozzarella, prosciutto, cantaloupe and arugula.   Simply amazing!

Meals come with dessert on the plan, so we also got the Zeppole di Caterina (ricotta cheese fritters served with whipped cream and chocolate sauce) and the Coppa di Brutti Ma Buoni (amarena cherry and vanilla gelato sundae).  This unplanned meal was spectacular!

Each country's area is so beautiful.  This picture doesn't do it justice, but we had basically walked into an Italian village and were standing on a typical street.  The sun had set and it was so peaceful and lovely.

The sky was clear as we headed past places like Germany, Morroco, United Kingdom and France (where we did have to stop and get a few french pastries).

We had never seen the fireworks show at Epcot so stayed for it.  What a beautiful show!  Such a full day of adventure.
