4-H Results

We went to our small fair to see Camden's exhibits, to look at the animals, and to get a fair treat.  We went on Saturday afternoon because it was the foods auction.  Any item that got a Blue Honors or higher would be in the auction.   If the 4-Her also participated in the auction, they would get 85% of the proceeds.  Camden simply had to hold her plate of muffins and smile while the auctioneer took bids.  Now some of the products go high - parents/grandparents bidding them up.  We didn't do that!  But still, her three muffins brought in $35, so she will get a check for close to $30!

We also checked out her fine arts project which was awarded a blue ribbon!

Then we made our way around the other buildings and barns.

Kevin wanted to get a tractor.  Camden liked this one.

She also liked her strawberry shake from the Pace Dairy barn (only $2!) and her funnel cake.  I took a few sips and bites...they were tasty.
