Best.Preschool.Ever

I could go on and on and on about Camden's new school.  She loves it.  I love it. We love it.  I can not believe how this little sponge is soaking up everything.  She comes home each day with stories about what she has done, things she has learned, and friends she has played with.  One of her best friends is Paxton.  Having meet him a few times, he is just as animated as she is.  It makes total sense that they like to spend time together.

Her teacher, Ms. Lana, is amazing.  I sat in on circle time one morning and couldn't believe how much she squeezes into each moment...and how much every kid is hanging on every word.  From starting with the Pledge (see below), to job assignments, to reviewing letters (A, B, and C this week, complete with identifying letter, signing the letter, and saying the sound it makes - including long and short vowel sound).

Camden has learned (and retained) so much in one month.  She can tell you about the galaxies, planets, and the United States of America.  She can recite her memory verse.  See the toothbrushes lined up on the wall.  They brush their teeth after lunch.  They get plenty of outdoor play and lots of independent center play.  Don't get me started on how easy and pleasant drop off in the morning is!  As I said, I could go on and on.

So neat that you have found this wonderful place for Camden! She is learning as much (or more) than our kids learned in Kindergarten.
