Spring Break Get-Away: St. Louis

Camden's Spring Break started on Friday.  We headed to St. Louis for the weekend.  Since Austin's 21st birthday was last week, we got him a bus ticket from his school in Kansas City to join us.

We had a beautiful sunny spring day on Saturday, so we decided to go to the Zoo.

 

 

It is a free zoo but you pay for various activities throughout the park.  The two things we did were the carousel and the train.  

The nice thing about the train is that you pay for a round trip ticket and can get on and off at any stop in between.  This allows you a little "breather" as you go in between the various areas of the zoo.  Well worth the small fee at this fabulous zoo!
