Car/Deer accident and repair (ka-ching), air conditioner/heat pump replacement (ka-ching, ka-ching), hail damage/roof replacement (small ka-ching - since insurance covers all this 'gonna have to happen anyway in the next 2 years' minus our deductible), and then our garage door opener. Phew - it's been an expensive month!
