Strawberry Freezer Jam

For her food preservation 4H project, Camden had to make a pizza and freeze it.  I wanted her to have some additional practice preserving, so she and Kevin made a batch of jam one morning.

Boy it sure is pretty!  Can't wait for morning toast!
