PTO Perks

A few of the PTO ladies joined me at an open house of one of our vendors we use for school events.  They have expanded greatly over the past few years and we were excited to see some of the new options...and try them out.

Connect four looked fantastic and sounded like a good option.  But when we tried it, we realized the balls were really hard to get in the holes (too bouncy), and that it would take too long to get kids through at a large event.  It would be fun for older kids, but not elementary age.

The drum set battle was so much fun!  This would definitely be one to rent at future events.

We also did football, skee ball, an electronic shoot-out, and a golf simulator.  Kerri brought two of her kids and they got to try a few bounce houses and the iceless ice rink (an expensive option, but would love to figure out how to incorporate this into an event or fundraiser).

Kerri and I also braved the Gyrosphere. Camden has done it at the Strawberry Festival (without going too fast or upside down).   I was glad to try it for free - what a ride!
