The next section we went to was full of some of Kevin's favorite activities. We bypassed the archery/shooting area because we weren't sure Camden would want to wait in line for those options and headed to the UTV's, Jeep, and mini tot motorcycles. Camden really wanted to do the motorcycles so we signed the waivers and waited in the longest line! Part of the reason it was long, however, was that they only had three cycles and they were giving the kids a very good amount of time to ride. Camden was patient and excited to do it.
We finally made it to the "holding" zone where she could put on a helmet. Not quite sure why they gave her, one of the smallest kids, one of the bigger helmets, but she sure was adorable in it!
It was finally time for instructions on how to work the throttle and steer.
Her guy let her try to do it about 1/2 way around the loop and quickly realized she couldn't do both. Most of the kids had trouble with it. Similarly, all the smallest kids ended up being pushed/towed around the circle, only having to steer. Camden's trainer switched her to this mode at that point.
I was so proud of her for trying this. However, Kevin and I could only groan when, after two loops, she turned to her guy and said, "I'm done." Are you kidding! Over an hour in line in the hot sun for TWO laps!
She absolutely loved it, too! Go figure!
