Uh Oh...Driving

Yes, Camden is convinced that she should drive a car.  Everytime we get ready to go anywhere, she emphatically offers to drive.  I had the Buick parked in the driveway and needed to clean it out, so I let her sit in the driver's seat to keep her occupied.  Hog Heaven!

By the way, the car was parked in the driveway so the insurance adjuster could see it.  On the way home on Sunday night from picking up Camden from Uncle Ric and Aunt Carole, a HUGE buck decided to run into my path.  I saw him quick enough to hit the brakes and swerve, but he ran into the side of the car.  No one was hurt and it's relatively minor damage for a deer hitting it, but we'll have to have some body work done to the driver's door, mirror and front fender.  Kevin says he's glad one of us got a big one this year!

Oh, she'll be driving before you know it! I have a picture of Connor behind the wheel when he was a little more than a year old - he was actually sitting with his legs through the steering wheel. Made it into a driver's license scrapbook page - was really cute.

I'm so sorry that you're not feeling well and that the deer hit you. So glad everyone was safe. That's how people down here joke about getting their deer for the hunting season - especially if they don't hunt.
