We got home on Christmas Eve and Camden walked into the living room and starting jumping and screaming, "He came, he came, he really came!" One present sat under the tree.
We told her that Santa sends one elf out on Christmas eve to scout out the houses. He leaves one present to get everyone ready for the next morning.
Her box contained new pajamas and a stack of new books. We had hit the Scholastic Book Warehouse sale a few Saturdays before and scored some great items for a great price.
Finally she had to prep everything. Nine carrots were set out for the reindeer. Of course, Rudolph had to have a full-size one!
Next she sat out cookies and milk. She thought Santa would really like her mini-Chips Ahoy.
This year has been so much fun. She is at the perfect age to experience Christmas...at least the Santa-magic side. We have enjoyed creating those moments for her!
