Camden's hair has been a little out of control for a while. I've been hesitant to cut it, but it really needed a trim, especially around the bangs where she constantly blows them out of her eyes. I decided the girl who does my hair was the best choice. I trust that she does a good job, plus she has a young one at home. I knew she could handle a squirming worm and would understand my desire to just give a little shape to it.
Camden was excited to go to the beauty shop and hopped right up in the booster seat on the chair.
I had gotten my hair trimmed just before Camden and had it blow-dryed. Camden didn't want that noisy thing anywhere near her. So with some previous instruction from GaGa, the first thing she said when she sat down was, "I don't want blowdryer please."
She sat still and smiled the whole time!
We shaped the point off the very back and simply trimmed the bangs to angle out of her eyes. Haley tried to catch a few clippings to save in an envelope. They are very tiny and VERY blond, but we have them!
We pulled it up in a pony tail for the rest of the day. It looks so much more "neat and clean" than the straggles before.
The cutest thing was when we were walking out the door, Camden turned to me and said, "Mama, I just love her." Guess I picked the right stylist for the perfect first cut experience!
