Corn Maze & Farm

A few weekends ago, Camden, Kevin and I picked up Hali and went for an excursion to a farm in Rockville.

There was a corn maze and pumpkins for sale, but there were also several other hands-on activities to play.  The girls really liked the animals in the petting zoo.

Camden's favorite activity was the HUGE roller slide.  She must have gone down 20 times and kept going back in between other options.

Hali really liked the water pumping duck races.  Camden and Kevin were also big fans.

I thought the corn sandbox was pretty cool.

Kevin and I really liked the huge bouncing pillow (see it in the background of the first slide picture for perspective).  Of course, Camden is not always thrilled with bouncy things, so we didn't play as long as the adults wanted.  But I was glad Camden at least tried it...hopefully it will encourage her to try such things in the future.

The girls also "milked" a cow.

They attempted to ride in the corn train, but Hali was reluctant after it drove away from us.

Camden tried to comfort her, but we stopped the four wheeler and got Hali off.

Next, Camden ran ahead of us and climbed to the top of the wheel tower.

She also enjoyed swinging on the tire horse.
