Then, sure enough, we woke up on Sunday morning to a snow covered yard. This was just the beginning, too. Schools were closed this morning...including her preschool which NEVER closes. Ms. Lana called me a little after 7am. She lives around the corner from us in Waveland and said the 10 minute drive took her about an hour. She was following a snow plow that went into the ditch at one point. She didn't want people out in it...So we won't be!

Flying High
After a week of cold, un-Spring like temperatures, we were thrilled to have a nice Saturday. With snow in the forecast for Sunday, Camden and I spent ALL afternoon and evening outside. We played on her swing set (she pumps all on her own now...another "growing up" milestone), jumped on her bouncy ball, went to the school playground, and flew her new kite.
