Waveland Spring Party

We hold the annual party a week or two after Easter because we can purchase items at 75% off.  We had close to 450 prizes to give out and unlimited amounts of candy to win at games - and only spent about $150.

We like to have the event at the town park, but the rain was still falling and the ground was soaked.  So we had games set up in the fire station bays.  Over 85 kids (plus their parents) were there.  It is great, small town fun.

Thankful for Kevin not working so he could run one of the games.  It was fun hearing his voice across the room as he cheered on the kids.

Camden won the x-large prize she had been eyeing since I bought it.  The white bunny in the colorful dress was my favorite bargain I snagged, too.
