Chip and Dale were at the entrance plaza.
It was sweltering! Throughout the week we used cooling rags and this day definitely called for it...as well as some hand-dipped ice cream from Main Street USA.
Stitch was nearby and worth a visit. We had never met him before.
Then it was off to visit the three mountains - Big Thunder, Space, and Splash.
I actually stayed and watched the parade while Kevin and Camden rode Splash Mountain.
We also made sure to ride Pirates of the Caribbean and get a Dole Whip. We utilized the railroad that looped around Magic Kingdom. We never did that in 2015. It made a world of difference on days we were just hitting a few specific things and not trying to walk the entire park and see/do everything. We took it back to the entrance and stopped to see Tinkerbell. We had never met her before either and she was one of my favorites. She talked and loved on and generally made Camden feel so special. She went on and on about Camden's sparkly "goggles."
We headed back to the hotel for a quick nap before we would be back to this park in the evening for a special event.
