Imagination Station - Downstairs

Last year we had a membership to the Imagination Station in Lafayette. Truth be told, we only went there once since the main reason we get it is for the cheap membership and the free access to hundreds of other museums across the county (including the Terre Haute Children's Museum). We hadn't renewed it this year and with cold weather upon us, I knew we would want it for weekend fun through the winter.

Since we were there, we spent several hours playing too.  Downstairs are all the big machines.  Camden enjoyed being a firefighter, jet pilot, laser pointer, and seeing how much she weighed on other planets.

She also loved the fact that one of her friends, Cale, from her old daycare was there for a birthday party.  They enjoyed chasing each other around and simply playing together.

The hands-on activity on Saturday was presented by the College of Pharmacy.  I really hadn't planned it, but three students in the program that I know were there showing the kids various things that pharmacists do.  By the time we made it over to the table, all the birthday kids had gone upstairs for lunch, cake, etc. so Camden had the undivided attention of the three students.
