Camden Plays Piano

Camden loves anything that makes noise - especially if it involves music. Her cousin Rachel plays piano with her while she is at their house on Mondays and Tuesdays, but Sunday at our family Easter get-together was the first time I got to see my baby tickle the ivories.

She's quite serious about her talent!

First Easter

Camden celebrated her first Easter at my cousin Melinda's house. Lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, and, of course, Grandma and Grandpa Stanfield, were there as well.

Camden did a great job on her first Easter Egg hunt, too.

The other kids left the "easy" ones for Camden, but she did manage to find a few tricky ones.

It was a wonderful first Easter!

Ridin' The Quad

Camden took her first 4-wheeler ride today while I was at work. I wasn't quite sure how I felt about it, but then Kevin showed me...and Camden loves it!

Ice Cream

Last month I responded to a posting on someone else's blog to receive a coupon for a free package of ice cream. The only stipulation was that I had to write a review and include pictures of us enjoying it. So we bought Klondike Slim-a-Bear so that we could at least feel like we were being "good" on our diets. I have yet to write the review (though it will be glowing because we loved them), but we did take several pictures of Camden with the product.

One day, baby girl, one day!

Spring Has Sprung!

Well, the forecast still includes snow flurries this week, but we decided to break out a flowery, Spring dress today for Church.

Camden also is juuuussssst on the verge of crawling. She gets into position, but can't seem to get the legs going yet. It's going to be any day now!

"Bye-Bye" is her favorite new trick.

My New Ball

Camden got a new ball today. She had fun playing with it with Grandma.

But her crocs were too fun (and tasty) to resist.

I love how excited she gets! And this video shows such a typical Camden reaction.

Farmer Haile

One of Camden's first gifts from Grandma and Grandpa French was a pair of overalls. Since they were size 9 months, we couldn't wait until they would fit her because we knew she would be too cute. We were correct!


Of course, we'll need to remember to put a pink shirt on her when she wears them because all day Kevin kept hearing, "What a cute little boy!"
